One of the many innovatlve features of a Turbosmart BOV is the Multi-Fit adapter system. This system was developed by Turbosmart to make the important job of fitting a Ball, a simple routine. The Multi-Fit adapter system is best described as a plug and socket arrangement. In the base of each BOV is the socket. The correct adapter slides into the socket or base of the BOV and connects the BOV to the adapter. The adapter is locked in place by two stainless steel grub screws with lock nuts and is sealed tight by an a-ring.

Ideal and affordable for the smallproject. The Type 1BOV is best suited to engines up to 1.5 litres in capacity, producing standard or mildly increased boost.
