The SS Inductions' Big Mouth Throttle Body is manufactured from Billet Aluminium with a 78mm butterfly, which, after extensive testing, was found to be the optimum size for overall performance. Standard throttle body has a 74mm butterfly that modified throttle bodies available on the market still use – therefore benefits achieved are limited. The SS Inductions' Big Mouth comes complete with sealed bearings and dust cap. Full fitting instructions are supplied to swap switches, shaft etc from the standard throttle body. Uses original switches to ensure there are no engine management problems.

Kit includes throttle body (bearings and dust cap), butterfly, Loctite and Allen key bolt. Great throttle response throughout the power range. These are non-exchange items. Enables original equipment to be retained.

These replacement throttle bodies are machined and modified in house to remove restrictions and allow throttle to open fully for increased airflow and more responsive throttle. Hot water bypass has been completely removed for cooler running. Expect a dramatic difference. Purchased as an exchange item.
